Cultúr Agus ár dTeanga Gaeilge

Fáilte go Choiste Chontae na Meán Oirithre. 

Tá sé mar aidhm ag an Coiste tacaíocht a thabhairt don Ghaeilge, damhsa Gaelach, ceol, amhránaíocht agus cultúr Gaelach i gcoitinne. Chun an ról sin a chomhlíonadh,  struchtúr agus imeachtaí speisíalta curtha i bhfeidhm sa Mean Oirthear. Faoi láthair tá sé éigeantach go mbeadh Oifigeach Gaeilge/Cultúr i ngach Club agus Contae i gCumman Luthchleas Gael.

Is féidir An Coiste cabhair agus tacaíocht a tugadh do aon duine atá ag obair chun an Gaeilge nó ár gcultúr a chur chun cinn.

Oíche Scór is a club night out to experience Irish music, dance and culture in a competition environment. The format of the night will replicates a typical talent contests. Typical activities could include:-

Want to keep up with the Irish primary curriculum while living in the Middle East? 

Céim ar Aghaidh is a GAA initiative for children pupils to provide educational resources based on the enjoyable theme of Gaelic Games. It uses the fun of Gaelic games to deliver an exciting range of exercises to support the Irish Primary School Curriculum in many different curricular areas.

The Céim ar Aghaidh resource pack exercises can be adapted to suit children of all age-groups and abilities through different worksheets. These resources are free to download in English and as Gaeilge. In keeping with the ethos of the GAA, the material is designed to promote participation for all. As a consequence, a specific section addresses the needs of children with special needs.
